Carpet Cleaning (Two-step Process)
Before |
After |
We pre-condition and spot treat all the areas with specially formulated cleaning solution which is injected deep within carpet fibers that need to be cleaned. It loosens and lifts ground-in dirt and soil then we blast it with hot steam to kill the bacteria, fungus, pollen, dust mites, dust mite feces, pet dander and pollutants that live in your carpet. We then use industry's most advanced truck-mounted cleaning systems which provide supreme cleaning power and deep-down suction to remove ground-in soil and refresh your carpet's appearance. Also included is our clear water rinse, which will dramatically increase the length of time between carpet cleanings by returning your carpet to its proper P H. It also helps keep your carpet clean and fluffy much longer.
We pay special attention to spots, traffic areas and other problems areas. If needed, we carefully move furniture and return it to its original location. We provide tabs under furniture legs to protect your carpet and furniture. Addition to these, we also leave you few pair of booties so that you can walk over your carpet.
Our process does not leave any soapy residue, other cleaning methods such as Dry Cleaning Method (Brushing action abrades carpet fibers, Carpet may look dull after repeated cleaning, All of the absorbent particles cannot be removed and may premature wear), Surface Cleaning Methods (Include Bonnet, and pressurized sprayers, only extraction of surface dirt, Not effective for corners and stairs), Shampoo method (Shampoo residue remains which attracts dirt, doesn't clean deep fibers).
Our restorative cleaning process injects new life into dull and soiled carpeting. Our technicians are fully trained and certified.
Drying
The quickest drying can be accomplished with good air flow (fans & air movers) and ventilation (air exchange). During the process of drying, sometimes spot comes back within a week. If so just give us a call and we'll clean the entire area for free, no questions ask.
Carpet Cleaning Tips
Dirt is not only daily wear and tear but is the single largest contributor to the early demise of carpets. While not visible to the eye, carpets are like a magnet for soil, oil, lint, pollen, pet hair and so on.
Vacuum regularly to remove dirt, dust and grit e ven though regular vacuuming removes much of the surface dirt, remaining particles settle deeper into the fibers where their abrasive action can be damaging.
Dust is not only number one enemy for carpets but, longer it stays the more deeply it becomes embedded. Use mats at entries. It's amazing how this will help protect your carpeting.
The largest carpet manufacturing Industry, Shaw Industry, recommend professional carpet cleaning every 6-12 months depending on traffic. Regular cleaning will help preserve the carpet fibers, keep the colors brighter and last longer. Many households call a professional cleaner after pollen season, while others prefer to clean their carpets just before the year-end holiday season.
