Q. What is two-step cleaning & why it is recommended by most carpet manufactures such as Shaw Industries, the largest Carpet manufacturer?
A. Most of the carpet cleaning companies runs carpet cleaning solution directly from truck and they never rinse it. It looks great when finished but the l eftover carpet cleaning solutions act as a magnet for dirt and your carpet looks dirty within few months.
Carpet cleaning process is no different than washing your hair, clothes or car. When you wash your hair or car; you apply shampoo or detergent respectively and rinse it out. Imagine if you don't rinse it and just let it dry as it is. It looks clean but leaves sticky residue which tends to get dirty quicker.
The two-step cleaning process is: a pre-conditioning cleaning spray to loosen soil and a combination hot water fiber rinse with a powerful vacuum to extract and remove both the cleaning solution and the dirt. This process keeps your carpet cleaner 3 times longer than other process. This is why it is recommended by most carpet manufacturing company.

Q: I've heard that once you clean a carpet it gets dirty quicker. Is that true?
A: Not with our Two-Step Clean system. Residue that gets left in the carpet from inferior cleaning processes is what causes rapid re-soiling. Our two-step cleaning process uses pressurized hot water and advanced cleaning agents to loosen soil. Then we remove the dirt and the cleaning solution with clear water rinse and a powerful vacuuming from truck mount system, leaving your carpet soft and clean.

Q: When you clean my carpet, does the padding or sub-floor get wet?
A: No. Our Two-Step Clean system uses a very powerful, deep-cleaning fiber rinse; the system extracts the cleaning solution and the dirt very effectively in the same step. That gets your carpets as clean as possible while leaving your padding and sub-floor dry.

Q. What about these companies those claim a "one hour" dry time?
A. They are not using a truck mounted hot water extraction process (AKA Steam Extraction). There are several dry or low moisture processes on the market today. Some people like the results, some don't. Mostly every carpet manufacturer prefers the hot water extraction method since it is, without a doubt, the most thorough method of cleaning carpets.

Q: Why is professional cleaning important?
A: Vacuuming does not remove all the soil or you have not been able to remove spots following the recommended carpet care and cleaning procedures, it's time to have your carpet cleaned by professional cleaner. For this reason, we and most carpet manufacturers' warranties require, periodic professional cleaning at least twice a year.

Q: Why is vacuuming important?
A: The most important thing you can do to keep your carpet looking great is to vacuum it thoroughly and frequently, particularly in high-traffic areas. Vacuuming helps remove dirt particles which dull the carpet's appearance and damage the carpet fibers. Q. I'm considering buying one of those household, carpet cleaning machines. Won't they do a good job of cleaning my carpets?
A. Those machines are fine to clean up spills and to keep the high-traffic areas looking clean between professional cleanings. But they are just not powerful enough to clean down to the base of the carpet where grit is wearing away at your fibers. Plus there's no rinsing process to remove the residues left by the cleaning agents so your carpets may re-soil faster.

A. Charging by the square foot is the most accurate and fair way to charge for carpet cleaning. You don't pay for any more service than is required to give you "Really Clean Carpets"! Ask them to come to your home and give you a free estimate detailing exactly what they will and won't do. You will find out the difference in services that you are getting.

Q. Someone told me that I shouldn't have my carpets cleaned because they will re-soil more quickly. Is this true?
A. Steam extraction cleaning technology has come a long way, especially in the last 10 years! It's improving even as you read this! At one time residues did pose a re-soiling problem but, like any other industry, the problems were addressed and corrected with rinsing agents and more powerful vacuums. If your current carpet cleaner isn't rinsing when they extract the dirt how can they claim that no residues are being left behind?
