Pet Odor & Stain Removal

Before

After

Pet urine can flow deep into the carpets, pads, and sub-flooring. The urine contains tiny particles of urine salts and other bacteria which are embedded into the pores of sub-flooring. It is extremely difficult to remove all of the urine by regular carpet cleaning because carpet cleaning is done on the surface.

The problems can be solved by one of the following methods depending on the situation:

  1. Replace whole Carpet - which you might not want to do, it's expensive.
  2. Replace the pad in the damaged area (Only if pet urine is heavily contaminated)
  3. Treatment Flooding Process - This is the most common way.

Treatment Flooding Process:

We carefully inspect the damaged areas then we mix up 3-5 gallons of our pet urine formulas and pour over the damaged areas. We let it sit for 10-15 minutes allowing urine salts to go to liquid form. Then urine & treatment is extracted out from sub-flooring, pads, and carpet. We then clean and rinse and disinfect over the damaged areas.
